Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/3 cup skim milk1/4 cup applesauce2 tbsp canola oil1 cup flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2/3 cup sugar2 ripe bananas (1 cup)1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray and flour a non stick loaf pan.
Stir together eggs, milk, applesauce and oil. Set aside. Combine in another bowl flours, baking soda and salt. In larger bowl, beat sugar, mashed bananas and vanilla adding alternately flour mixturee and egg mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
