Banana nut muffins

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butter, about 2 tbspButter, 1 cup (or 1|2 stick), at room temperatureBaking Soda, 1 tsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/4 cupEgg, 2 largeBrown Sugar, 1 cup packedVanilla Extract, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 2 tspFlour, whole grain, 1/2 cupFlour, white, 1 cup Salt, 1/2 tsp Banana, 3 mediumWalnuts, 12 crushedPreheat oven at 190°C (375°F)Lightly butter muffin pan Mix together cup sour cream and baking soda and let rest.Mash bananas with fork, roughly. Put asideBeat butter with sugar with electric mixer.Incorporate eggs and vanilla and mix well.Add sour cream and mix.Incorporate bananas with a spoon. Mix dry ingredients together (flour, cinnamon, salt). Incorporate previously mixture to dry ingredients with a spatula. Do not overmix.Garnish with crushed walnuts. Fill muffin pan almost to the rim (if you have less than 12 muffins, add water, about 1/4 cup, in the empty ones).
Directions
Cook about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.. Check after 20 minutes of cooking.
