Gluten Free Cobbler- Blueberry

18 oz blueberries1 TBSP cornstarch2 TBSP lemon juice1 C flour1/2 c Spenda granulated1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 C milk, nonfat3 TBSP butter melted1/4 C Sugar, granulated1/2 C boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 F
Spread friut in 9 in. square pan; spinkle with cornstarch and drizzle with lemon juice.
In medium bowl combine flour, 1/2 c splenda, baking powder and salt. Add milk and butter. Spoon onto fruit. Spinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Pour 1/2 C boiling water over top.
Bake until biscuits are brown and fruit bubbles, 40-50 minutes. Serve warm or at room temp. Yield 9 servings
