Ingredients
1 roasting chicken4 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon thyme1 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 onion
Directions
Mix spices togeether, rub down chicken, put chooped up onions on bottom of crockpot put chicken on top of onions and cook on low for 5 hours. dont lift the lid.

    Used whole organic chicken.SODIUM COUNT COMPLETELY OFF-BASE!!!Followed directions, added a lil Italian seasoning& sweet mini peppers for extra flavor. Heated on high for 4 to 5 hours--the chicken was tender and not overcooked at all. Everyone enjoyed it. Recommend this version once every 2 months - 2/27/15
