barley, bean & rice salad

Ingredients
1 can Dark Red Beans1 can Black Beans2 c cooked pearled barley2 c cooked brown rice1/2 c olive oil1/4 c apple cider vinegar1/2 c chopped scallions1/2 c celery
Directions
cook rice and barley according to pkg directions.
add scallions
add 2 both cans of beans (red and black) drained & rinsed
mix 1/4 c apple cider vinegar with 1/2 cup evoo and
add seasonings, such as accent, salt & pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder.
Toss gently
