I don't have the spices listed, but here they are: 2T chili powderCayenne pepper to taste (depending on how hot you like it)2T Hershey's cocoa1 T cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Brown onions and garlic in olive oil. Add meat. Brown only -- do not cook fully. Add tomatoes and beans to big stock pot, bring to boil. Add meat/onion/garlic mixture. Heat on medium for 20-30 minutes. Add chili sauce. Stir. Heat for an additional 20-30 minutes. Add spices. Heat for an additional 20-30 minutes. Simmer for an additional hour.
