Nice taste. I kept shrimp out of recipe until the last few mins of cooking. They don't take long to cook. 3 - 4 mins tops - 5/17/09

You could use coconut milk instead of soy for a better flavour along with some thyme and pimento seeds. - 2/12/10

Made this tonight and my son and I loved it! I made a few adjustments based on comments: another tsp of curry, only 2 stalks of celery, and I added some crushed red pepper for heat. I used the coconut milk instead of soy. Yummy! - 7/5/11

My family loved it. I substituted cauliflower for the red pepper and red cabbage for the celery since that's what I had on hand. It turned out great. - 12/7/07

Fantastic! I used a whole, chopped onion instead of the scallions and cornstarch instead of cornflour. Wonderful, mild, and flavorful. - 8/13/07

Tasty! I LOVE trying new recipes (especially if they are SPICY) and this was very good. Even my husband ate it (despite the peppers). Definitely adding this to our recipe book. - 6/11/07

Lots of shrimp! Quick to prepare. The flavor is alright but I would rather have traditional chicken noodle soup. - 9/22/16

The Curry flavoring was fine. The Celery overwhelmed the Shrimp. Really can't make heads or tails with this recipe with all that Celery. Took too long to prepare... - 10/27/10
