Guilt Free Brownies

Ingredients
1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)3 whole eggs1tsp of vanilla extract12oz package of extra firm tofu1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce2tbsp of canola oil1/3 cup of pure maple syrup1/2 cup of unsweetened, unprocessed cocoa3/4 cup of chocolate whey protein powder1tsp of baking powder1/8tsp of sea salt
Directions
1. preheat over to 350 F
2. Puree beans in a food processor add the rest of the wet ingredients and blend to combine.
3. in a large mixing bowl, use a fork to mix the rest of the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and blend till creamy smooth.
4. pour batter into a 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 30 mins. or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
