homemade pie crust eight inch pie pan. 1 box green giant chopped frozen spinach, drained. one stop shop egg substitute fat free Calabro ricotta cheese. daiya almond mozarella cheese shredsseasoning, stronger use onion, oregano & garlic.

Spinach pie, one serving = 33 calories a piece

One low fat pie crust
1 box green giant chopped frozen spinach, drained. Mix Ricotta, shredded cheese, chopped shallots, all seasoning and egg well. Spoon into pie crust.
Bake at 375 degrees Farenheit for 55-60 minutes until brown.

If you cut square pan pieces, cut diagonal lines, 1 1/2" wide, diamond shaped, makes 12-16 pieces without
crust and 3-4 mini triangular wedges
