1 1/2 Cup Oats1/2 Cup Flaxmeal1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1/4 Cup SugarI Cup Canned Pumpkin1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 Cup Soymilk (or water)1/2 Cup Ground Walnuts1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Blend oats in blender or food processor to make flour. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then mix together. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
