Grandma's Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
*Lemon Juice, 1/2 a lemon yieldsSour Cream, 2 tbsp Water, tap, 2 fl oz Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)Clove of garlic, mincedFresh dill weed 1 sprigScallions, raw, 1 large Salt 1 tsp.Pepper Black 1/2 tsp.
Directions
Combine lemon juice, sour cream, water, salt & pepper, whisk to blend. Fine chop peeled cucumber and scallions.
Toss all together.
