Veggie Crumbles Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 large green pepper2/3 Serving of MorningStar Veggie Crumbles1/4 Cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry 1/8 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese1/8 Cup Brown Rice1/8 Cup Hunt's No Salt Added Tomato Sauce1/2 Tbsp Taco Sauce
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375


Slice Green Pepper & Clean out seeds


Place on baking sheet & bake alone for 15 min


Prepare fixings while it's in the oven


Mix all remaining ingredients together


Veggies should be dethawed along w/ veggie crumbles


When pepper is out of the oven, fill it with the mixture & reduce temperature to 350 degrees


Bake for an additional 20 minutes
