2 C Sugar1/2 C White Corn Syrup1/2 C Water2 Egg Whites1 C Chopped Walnuts1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

Boil water, sugar and corn syrup to the hard ball stage on a candy thermometer (260 Degrees F). Meanwhile, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Slowly drizzle the boiled sugar mixture into the egg whites, beating constantly. Beat until the mixture looses it's shine. Add nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto wax paper.
