Ingredients
Butternut squash - 1 CupOnion - 1 CupMushrooms - 1 CupChicken - 50gSweetcorn - 1 CupGarlic - 1 CloveBrown Rice - 1 Cup
Directions
cook butternut squash in steamer or water with the onions and mushrooms. Add garlic.
Grill the chicken. Boil the rice and add the sweetcorn.
once the rice is cooked add the butternut squash, mushrooms and onions. mix together.
place on plate and add chicken serve with a nice chilled glass of water.
