Ingredients
1 pound of ground chuck1/2 cup of raw rice1 can of diced tomatoes, any flavor1 medium onion1 bell pepper, or mix red and bell1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
Directions
Boil and drain the pound of ground chuck, add 3 tbls of olive oil to the pan you cooked the beef in, chop onion and peppers and cook in the olive oil.
Cook the rice until almost done
Put everything in a 9x13 pan and mix well
Bake covered in 350 oven for about 45 minutes
