Salsa Chicken, crockpot

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, boneless, no skin, 2 pounds Salsa (tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cukes, cilantro), 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Taco Seasoning (cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes), 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Yogurt, plain, Greek low fat, 1/4 cup
Directions
Put chicken breasts in slow cooker, sprinkle with taco seasoning, layer veggies, put salsa on top. Pour 1/2 cup water over and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Meat is done at 165 deg F internal temp or shreddable. To serve, break up chicken with 2 forks and stir in yogurt.
