Low-fat peanut and almond butter oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup Natural peanut butter1/3 cup Almond butter1/2 cup quick cook oatmeal1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup sugar1 large egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chipspowdered sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except powdered sugar. Roll into 1oz balls, coat in powdered sugar and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Makes 16-18 1 oz servings (depending on how much batter you lick off the spoon!).
