Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cut-up turkey or chicken 2 1/4 cups boiling water1/3 Cup Milk1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 98% fat free1 Cup brown rice or wild riceSalt, Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Parsley to taste if not using wild rice with seasoning packet
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, including seasoning or seasoning packet if using wild rice instead of brown rice. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake 1 hour for wild rice, 2 hours for brown rice. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.
