Ingredients
12 mini pie crusts1 Big can of Canned Pumpkin (libbys)5 Oz of Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Carnation1/2 cup of egg beaters
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Mix ingredients in large bowl
Place mini crusts onto baking sheet
Fill pie crusts
Place in oven, for 15 minutes @ 425
Lower heat to 350- Cook for 55-60 minutes until done
