Breakfast Bites

Ingredients
eggs, 4 largeeggs, 4 egg whitesonions, 1/2 cup choppedKraft 2% shredded cheese 1 cupham, diced 1 cuptomatoes, 1/3 cup dicedGreek yogurt, 1/2 cup
Directions
Cook onions in a bit of olive oil or butter for a few minutes then add ham and cook for 2 more minutes. Take out and let cool.
Add eggs, cheese, tomatoes and yogurt together with a mixer or whisk. Put in cooked onions and ham and stir up. Pour 1/4 cup in each muffin tin. Should make about 12 breakfast egg bites. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Use regular muffin pan with about 1/4 cup each bite
