Grilled Dill Salmon with Olive&Parsley Yogurt

Ingredients
700 grams Atlantic SalmonJuice of one lemon4 tsp Fresh Dill1/2 cup chopped black olives1/2 cup chopped parsley125 g of natural yoghut300g whole mushrooms sauteed2 cups snow peas sauteed.1 Tblsp Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

1. Slice Salmon into 4 fillets and remove skin.
2. Line tray to go in griler and place salmon in tray.
3. Squeeze half lemon juice over fillets then sprinkle fresh dill over fillets.
4. Grill for 4 minutes then turn and repeat Step 3. Cook for another 4 minutes and serve.

While Fillets are cooking chop olives and parsley and mix with yogurt as an accompianment..

Sautee Mushrooms in a non stick frypan with a tbsp of Olive oil and remove, then sautee snow peas.

Ready to serve.
