Ingredients
3 italian or chorizo sausages2 medium onions, chopped1 large carrot, chopped1 rib celery, chopped4 medium potatoes, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced8 cups kale, coarsely chopped2 cups beet greens, coarsely chopped10 cups beef broth, low sodium
Directions
brown sausages and then slice. return to pot and add carrots, celery, onions and garlic. saute until softened. add potaotes and broth and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. add greens and cook until tender
