FFV Lentil-Bulgar Patties

Ingredients
1 cup cooked Lentils1 cup cooked Bulgar Wheat2 cups Ezekial 4:9 brand Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal1 cup diced (small pcs) onion1/2 cup diced (small pcs) green pepper (or carrots)2 tsp garlic powder2 T whole wheat flour, mixed with 2 T water.1/2 cup waterSeasoning of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 - and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix first 6 ingredients, then the flour/water mixture. Mash/mix in the final 1/2 cup water, then make into patties. Arrange on baking sheet, and season each side with your favorite herb ... Italian, BBQ, Greek, etc. (This will also prevent the patties from sticking to the pan). Bake 15 minutes on each side.
