Modified Creamy Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
3 Leeks (medium) sliced thin w/about half of stalk3 Garlic cloves minced8 Celery stalks, large 8 cups Vegetable Broth4 cups Cooked Wild Rice10 Carrots medium 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 24 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla1/4 cup Potato Starch Flour
Directions
Cook Rice to make 4 cups.

In soup pot cook leeks, garlic, celery and carrots until tender.

Add Wild Rice, thyme, Almond Milk to which Potato Starch has been added. Cook until thickened.
