Mashed Cauliflower low carb

Cauliflowerheavy whipping creamsaltbutterpepperwatergarlic if desiredonion if desired
Directions
Heat and cook cauliflower florets in pot with water and drain. Put in blender or food processor with salt, pepper, heavy cream, butter, and a little additional water and blend or puree. Divide into 4 large servings. Enjoy.
