1 tbsp olive oil200g spaghetti,pappadelle or tagliatelli1 garlic clove,chrushed200g mushrooms (close cup,button any )sliced4 slices prosiciutto,chopped80 ml chicken stock80 ml creamsea saltground pepper1tbsp parsleyto servegrated parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
cook the pasta al dente.
meanwhile cook the garlic and prosciutto in the olive oil for 3-4 min. add the mushrooms and cook for 4 min or until golden.add the stock and let it reduce by half,add the cream and simmer for 2 min.
drain the pasta,add to the sauce and toss to coat. season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. serve with grated cheese.
