Stuffed Bell Pepper-Green

Ingredients
1.5 Lbs. ground beef1 TBl. salt2 tsp/ black pepper1 stalk celery choppedcup chopped onion4 cloves garlic chopped10 medium green Bell Peppers, seeds removed
Directions
Remove tops of bell peppers and seeds, wash each pepper and invert on paper towels to remove as much water as possible.
Meanwhile, in lg. mixing bowel put all other ingredients and mix very well adding egg substitute 1/2 c. at a time.
Fill each bell pepper gently patting mixture in cavity. Be careful not to crack the pepper!
Bake in preheated oven at 360 degrees until done. Drain excess moisture from each pepper before serving.
