Lentil and barley vegetable Stew

Ingredients
3/4 lentils, rinsed2 small sweet potatoes, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 celery chopped1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup quick cooking barely2 cups chicken broth2 cups water1 tsp basilsalt pepper1 cup small peas, frozen.
Directions
saute veggies in oil. Add broth, water and season. Simmer 30 minutes. Add peas and heat through. Check seasoning.
