Honey & Apple Cake

1/2 Cup Turbanado (raw) sugar3/4 cup honey1 cup pumpkin puree2 eggs2 cups all purpose unbleached flour1/2 cup oats1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp allspice1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped apples (I use Granny Smit)
Peel and slice apples - set them aside.
Preheat oven to 325
Prepare large bundt pan by spraying with flour cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.
Combine sugar and pumpkin. Mix in lightly beaten eggs. Stir in honey and vanilla.
Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Fold in apples.
Pur into bundt pan and bake @ 325 for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely and serve. You may garnish with powdered sugar and a sliced apple dipped in honey.
