Apple Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
Dry1.75 C All-purpose Flour.5 C Brown Sugar.25 C Granulated Sugar2.5 tsp Baking Powder.25 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Cinnamon.25 tsp All Spicedash Nutmeg.5 tsp Salt1 Large Apple, chopped (~2 cups)Wet:1 Large Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract6oz Vanilla Yogurt6 tbsp Melted Butter.5 C Unsweetened ApplesauceTopping:~3 tsp Brown Sugar.5 C Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients, add apple. Separately, mix together wet ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just moistened. Don't over-mix.

Spoon into greased or lined muffin/cupcake tins. Separately, mix together the chopped walnuts and brown sugar. Spoon mixture on top of muffins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Large muffins
