Ingredients
*Bullion - Beef - Reduced Sodium - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 8 serving Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)Beets, fresh, 3 beet (2" dia) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Dill weed, dried, 3 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp Parsley, 1 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 8 oz Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Cook ground beef off and set aside. Chop all veggies into 1/2 squares and saute in cooking spray for 5 minutes. Add back in ground beef, water, bullion cubes, dill, tomatoes, and tomato paste and bring to a boing turn down to medium him and let cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and Stir in vinegar and parsley. Put a dollop of plain yogurt on top and serve hot.
