Low Fat Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

1 1/2 c all purpose flour1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder3/4 c Splenda for baking1 1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 c unsweetened applesauce4 egg whites1 tsp vanilla2 c shredded zucchini1/4 c mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
In separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Combine applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla; add to zucchini.
Gently mix dry and wet ingredients together until moistened.
Use 1/4 cup measure to pour into prepared muffin cups.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over tops.
Bake for 15-20 min.
