2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 bottle barbecue sauce
place chicken breasts in slow cooker; pour barbecue sauce over. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. Makes enough for 8 pita-halves or small burger buns, or 6 larger buns or wraps.
