Energy bars (gluten-free, low-carb, sugar-free, vegetarian/vegan)

Ingredients
1/4c sunflower seed butter1/4c chia seeds2T cacao powder2T PB21T coconut butter1/4C unsweetened reduced-fat shredded coconut2T almond flour__________________________________________another 1/4c unsweetened reduced-fat shredded coconut to coat bars after slicing
Directions
combine all ingredients except final 1/4c shredded coconut. press into a small container lined with waxed paper and refrigerate to make slicing easier. Once sliced coat with that final 1/4c of coconut wrap individually in waxed paper.

store in refrigerator (or freezer). Keep cool with an ice pack for warm weather outings as they will get soft at warm temps.
