One can of black beans. I use Goya.I medium fresh Avocado, diced! large red Tomato, diced1 Tsp fresh cilantroI cup chopped red onion. (This can be adjusted to taste)1 tbsp Olive oil. 1 oz. Lime juice1 fresh jalapeņo pepper, seeds removed diced.
Open Can of Beans and rinse in warm water.
Dice all fresh vegetables.
MIx all ingredients in a large bowl.
Enjoy!
