Egg Caserole

Ingredients
*Egg Beaters Southwestern, 1/2 large containerWhite Bread, 4 slices crumbled*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz brownedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesMilk, canned, evaporated, 0.5 can (13 oz)
Directions
Line bottom of pan with bread crumbles
Sprinkle browned turkey over bread (or turkey sausage)
Mix eggs, milk, and mushrooms (or other veggies) and pour over bread and turkey.

Bake over open flame or in grill until utensil inserted in center comes out clean.
