White Cream Gravy

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter1 tbsp flour1 cup milk1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 dash tobasco1/2 tsp worchestershire
Directions
heat butter and flour for at least 1 minute to form a roux.

slowly add rest of ingredients. whisk until gravy boils.
