Chicken Crouton Casserole w/ Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
2 boned and skinned chicken breasts3 slices Swiss cheese1/2 can evaporated milk1 can cream of chicken soup2 oz stuffing mix
Directions
In a baking dish place boned and skinned chicken breasts. Place 1 slice swiss cheese on each breast. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can evaporated milk and spread evenly over cheese-covered breasts. Spread stuffing over top of soup mixture. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour - serve immediately.
