2 cups diced potatoe2 cups chopped leeks1 cup chopped onions1 vegatable stock cube
Directions
chop potatoes and leeks and onions add to pan with 1 pint of vegatable stock bring to boil and simmer until soft blend in a blender and then put through a sieve serves 4
