TIffany's Asian Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1/2C soy sauce1/4C lemon juice2 cloves garlic1/2 onion, sliced1t sesame oil1T corn starch in 1.4C water salt, pepper, ginger and red pepper flake to taste2C rice
Directions
Cook rice according to regular instructions. In large bowl combine chicken, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and red pepper flake. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In large skillet, heat sesame oil. Add chicken mixture WITH juices. Cook until chicken is brown. Add corn starch to water and mix. Pour onto chicken mixture. Cook 10 more minutes. Scoop 1/2C cooked rice into bowl or onto plate. Top with 1/6 chicken mixture and enjoy!
