Homemade Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients
12 oz 2% milk velveeta cheese12 oz natural sharp cheddar cheese1 cup reg mayo1cup salad dressing mayo2 tbsp splenda1 61/2 oz jar goya pimientos,drained, chopped fine
Directions
Unwrap velveeta and freze 12 oz for about an hour until firm enough to grate.

In a large mixing bowl, grade both cheeses, finely chop the pimeintos and add to the bowl. Add the mayo and salad dressin mayo, and the splenda.

Mix throughly with wooden smooth. Add more mayo if needed.
Refridgerate until ready to serve.

This makes 6 cups, 24 1/4 cup servngs.
