Kelly's Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
2 - 500g chubs pure pork sausage3 - 300g bags of coarse bread cubes1 cup carrots, diced or minced in food processor1 cup delery, diced or minced in food processor1 cup onion, diced or minced in food processor5 tbsp poultry seasoning (approx)1 cup water (approx)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix thoroughly with hands, like kneading bread, adding water to soften bread cubes
Makes a 9X13 and an 8X8 pan
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour or until pork is cooked
