Ingredients
Kidney Beans - 2 cansOnions - Sweet or Red - 1 large, choppedTomato Paste - 1 6oz can or 3-4 Red TomatoesYogurt, plain - .5 cupTurmeric - 1 tspChilli powder - 1 tspGaram masala - 1.5 tspCumin Seeds - 1 tsp salt to tasteCooking oil - 1-2 tbsp
Directions
Saute onions in cooking oil till golden brown. Add in spices and saute for about 1 minute. Next add tomato paste and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or till paste starts separating from the oil. Add in yogurt and about 1 cup of water( less if you want a thicker curry). Add in kidney beans and let boil for about 10 minutes.
