Cream of Zucchini and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Add all Mushrooms and zucchini in a pot and simmer until mushrooms are soft and zucchini is tender. Add in water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
