Ingredients
2 - 3 pound pork roast, any cut16oz can of tomato sauce1 head of cauliflower diced into bite sized chunks1 tsp dried oregano2 crushed cloves of garlicS&P to taste
Directions
add all ingredients to the crock pot and cook about 6 to 8 hrs on low.
