Honey mustard Slow cooker pork tenderloin

Ingredients
1.25 pound pork tenderloin2 cups chicken broth2 T apple cider vinegar2 T honey4 T dijon mustardgarlic and pepper to taste1 T thyme2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
rub pepper and garlic on the tenerder loin
mix other ingrediants together and pour over tenderloin
cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours

Serve with a veggie of your choice!

    Super tender, great flavor. I increased the sauce ingredients by half, used 2 1.5lb tenderloins and changed the servings to 10. I added some cornstarch to the sauce after cooking to thicken and served over brown rice with green beans and cauliflower. Yummo and super easy! - 10/13/11
