Bell Pepper Chili with beef and Whole Wheat Macaroni

Ingredients
6oz Ground Beef, extra lean1 cup Frozen Pepper Stir Fry1 cup dry whole wheat macaroni 1 can Diced tomato with Chili peppers1 Tbsp Chili powderOptional 1 Tbsp brown sugar or Slenda for tartness of tomatoes
Directions
Brown Ground beef drain in colander
boil macaroni according to directions, drain in colander. Add the beef and macaroni back to pan.
Add the peppers, can of tomatoes and chilies, cook for 5 mins add tomato paste, and thin with water to your desired consistancy. Add Chili powder and cook over low heat for 15 mins. Add splenda if too tart.
