Lentil and Sausage (Turkey) Soup

Ingredients
3 Italian Turkey Sausage 1 Cup LentilsOnion Soup Mix12 Baby Carrots, sliced2 Stalk Celery, sliced12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved8 cups water, add more if neededDiced onion, half small
Directions
Combine water, lentils, carrots, celery and tomatoes in large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer on med-hi heat for 20 minutes or until carrots and celery are tender. Meanwhile, cut up turkey sausages into smaller pieces. Add sausage and onion and cook until sausage is no longer pink. Add this to soup. Let flavors blend by simmering on low heat a few minutes longer.
