Seafood bisque

Ingredients
1 lb tilapia1/2 lb shrimp1/2 lb seafood mix2 large tomatoes1 zuchini1 small onion/22 garlic cloves1 red bell pepper1/2 c of dry white wine1 bay leaf2 Tbs olive oil2 bouillon cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except the seafood, the bay leaf and the wine, in the blender and blend everything on high for 3 min. Transfer the mix to a pot and add the remaining ingredients.
Cook everything for 15 min. Stir everything and break apart the fish with the spoon, it should break apart easily. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve with white rice. Enjoy.
