Kielbasa with Apples and Sauerkraut for 2

Ingredients
2 german sausages (kielbasa or bockwurst) - sliced1 small can sauerkraut2 med. apples - peeled, cored and chopped2 tbsp brown sugarsplash of water
Directions
Simmer sauerkraut and apples in pan with water on med-low heat for 10 mins. Add brown sugar and sliced sausage and cook another 5 minutes until heated through. Serve with a dry riesling or robust german hefeweizen!
